Ingredients:
100ml water
100ml California prune juice
50ml St. Lawrence Gold maple syrup
1 fresh mango
3 passion fruits
1 lime

Place the peeled mango, California prune juice, St. Lawrence Gold Maple Syrup, water, passion fruit and lime juice into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the liquid into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours until solid.
