Ingredients:
1kg carrots (tip: rainbow carrots add colour)
3 tbsp St. Lawrence Gold maple syrup
Small bunch of lemon thyme
1.
Parboil the carrots until just before they still have some crunch.

Drain and add to a frying pan set on a medium heat and add a drizzle of St. Lawrence Gold maple syrup, let the carrots get lovely and sticky.
3.
Right at the end sprinkle over the lemon thyme leaves.
